EncouraGYM Class Policies

Policies
EncouraGYM welcomes you to enroll at anytime. Classes can be pro-rated based on your enrollment date. All classes have limited enrollment and fill quickly, so please enroll early. Classes meet once a week. Classes generally are 50 minutes long and begin on the hour.

Parental Encouragement
At EncouraGYM, parents are active participants in their child's learning. During our EncouraPLAY classes parents should stay within a hug's reach of their child to applaud accomplishments and assist with new skills. If your child resists an activity, that's okay. Let her go at her own pace, but encourage the new skill each week.

Clothes
Parents and kids should wear active play clothes. Parents may wear socks - no shoes, while kids may wear tennis shoes.

Healthy Kids
Each child's immunizations must be current to enroll. Please bring only healthy children. Your child should remain at home if he has had a fever, vomited, or had diarrhea within the past 24 hours or if he is exhibiting contagious cold symptoms (usually during the first few days of a cold.). If you see another child at EncouraGYM with a runny nose or cough, do not automatically assume the child is contagious. Allergy symptoms resemble cold symptoms.

Make-ups and Refunds
We welcome you to make-up any missed class within the same quarter by contacting us in advance to schedule it. If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund any unused portion of your child's tuition.
